Words of late artist Frank Howell...I totally relate!

"There are few days off and no retirement from this entanglement of knowledge, passion and vision that will be molded and converted into creative expression. There are no guarantees of acceptance, understanding or reward, but...the noise inside the mind never ceases. I will paint today, tonight and for as many tomorrows as I am given..." A Fun Game

Hi friends!  I've been spending a lot of time over at the other blog (www.downinthedelta.blogspot.com) building that business, but I'm not completely gone from here...I miss spending time with you.  Once the market rolls around (April 1 & 2) I will be back sharing more here.

I did want to share a fun giveaway that's going on on my Down in the Delta Facebook page. Even if you don't want the tickets, it would be fun to participate, but just know that if you do leave a comment, you will be in the drawing for a free couple of tickets to the market.

I put up a photograph from my personal collection-it's an interesting one-you just need to see it. A "progressive story" is being written by my readers with each one leaving the next line to the story.  It's a lot of fun to see where it goes!  I will be drawing a winner from the contributors on Sunday, and at that point, I'll share the real story that goes with the picture. If this sounds like fun to you, jump on over there and play along!  This is the link to the page: https://www.facebook.com/downinthedeltavintageandantiquesmarket/  Once you click over to the page, look for the post with this picture:

If you are planning to be in the South Alabama area on April 1 & 2, I would love for you to visit me at the market!  More info at www.downinthedelta.net.
